Who you are

  • We value someone who can collaborate across organizational and functional boundaries to find solutions and is unafraid to dive into the details to create scalable solutions
  • 10+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer. A technical leader who has led complex, cross-departmental projects that impact critical business metrics
  • 5+ years of experience working across various components in the ads system, including Ads Formats, Campaign Management, Ads Reporting, Ad Serving and Ad Ranking
  • Has worked on a product that has a consumer usage (Ad Formats, Ad Reporting, Ad Manager, Ad Insights). Able to work with a vertical team (Full Stack Team)
  • Familiarity with Ads privacy (GDPR, CCPA, ePD, ATT, etc.)
  • A proven track record of delivering high impact ads products
  • Capable of designing, implementing, testing, and launching complex product and infrastructure changes across the entire Ads stack
  • Strong ability to deliver through others as well as doing hands-on work
  • An adept communicator and has experience communicating and updating executives

  • We are currently seeking a hands-on technical engineering leader with experience in building Ad formats/products and infrastructure innovation
  • The role involves enhancing product development velocity, standardizing formats infrastructure, considering end-to-end impact (Ad rendering, Ad serving, ranking, measurement), and accelerating new formats innovation
  • As a diverse team of software developers, product managers, data scientists, and Ad experts, we look forward to welcoming you to our team!
  • Lead projects from concept, design, implementation, to rollout, ensuring the highest quality and performance
  • Identify opportunities to enhance value for our advertisers by understanding the various aspects of pre-click, post-click enhancements and ensuring it matches well with company priorities
  • Enhance infrastructure to make enhancements of formats faster and increase portability of solutions across the various placements
  • Bring in ideas from across the industry to enhance the Ad product portfolio
  • Collaborate with designers and product managers to discover and build new Ad functionality and products. Be a thought leader in this process
  • Advice on Ad review and brand safety enhancements
  • Mentor staff engineers and leaders, share industry knowledge, and contribute to the technical growth of the team
