Who you are

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA is a plus)
Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years in M&A, transaction services, investment banking, PE, VC, corporate finance, or consulting. Experience in the industry / fintech is a plus
Technical Skills: Tech-savvy problem solver, with strong financial modeling, Excel/G-sheet, and financial statement analysis skills. Experience with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Work Ethic: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. A self-starter mentality – you take ownership, think critically, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
Attention to Detail: High level of precision with strong problem-solving skills

What the job involves

We are looking for a Corporate Finance Associate to join our Finance team and help it scale as the company grows. If you are passionate about data-driven decision-making, love building from scratch or optimizing models and thrive in a fast-moving environment, this role is for you!
Strategic Support: Assist in evaluating and executing strategic initiatives, partnerships, acquisitions, and other corporate finance activities
Financial Analysis: Conduct valuation analysis and financial modelling for strategic projects, business opportunities, and inorganic growth initiatives
Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors to ensure smooth transaction execution. You will work side by side with the Corporate Finance Lead, the CFO and all Finom’s key stakeholder, both internal and external
Reporting & Presentation: Prepare detailed reports, memos, and presentations for the executive team and Board of Directors
Insights & Recommendations: Provide actionable insights to drive the company’s long-term growth
Performance Tracking: Monitor initiative performance, identify optimization opportunities, and drive continuous improvement
