We are looking for a senior backend developer to join our team
8+ years of professional programming experience
3+ years of professional typescript or flow experience
Strong communication skills
Fluency in English
Flexible on working location (option to work from home / in office (London & Porto))
Nice to have - experience with functional programming/languages like OCaml or Haskell etc

What the job involves

Please note that it is not a blockchain-based application
The position we’re recruiting for is on an established trading system development project with a large enterprise client
Backend development for an internal trading platform using the following technologies: TypeScript, Monorepo, GitHub, Jest, Playwright, React, Redis, SQL, WebSockets, Docker, Kubernetes, Github Actions, SonarQube.
Communicate with client to understand requirements
Contribute to automated tests
Peer code review
Take responsibility for features you deploy into staging and enterprise production environments
