People Operations Specialist, Rula

• 2+ years of related experience in an HR, people operations, or operations function
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.) and/or Microsoft (Excel, Word, etc.) tools
• Hands-on experience using a HRIS or similar system to maintain data and execute on employee lifecycle changes
• Ability to work with sensitive, confidential employee information with high discretion and data accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to balance white glove and self-service employee support
