Software Engineering Manager, Built Technologies

• 4+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years managing engineering teams
• A strong technical foundation in modern software development practices and cloud-native architectures
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize effectively
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability

• The Tenant Enablement team plays a key role in the success and growth of the Built Platform. This team is responsible for enabling tenant management, user management, and handling authentication and authorization services
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of software engineers focused on platform service delivery
• Champion continuous improvement and raise the technical and operational bar across the organization
• Drive the architectural vision and execution of secure, scalable, and reliable platform services
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams to identify reusable features and abstract them into shared services
• Continuously evaluate and improve platform offerings to align with evolving business and customer needs
• Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, UX, Support, Sales, and Marketing to align on priorities and roadmap
