Role
Who you are
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior executives
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Slack, and other relevant software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and external parties
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
What the job involves
- As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a critical role in managing the CEO’s schedule, communications, and various administrative tasks.
- This position requires someone with exceptional organizational skills, a high level of discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes unpredictable environment
- This position is hybrid but requires a regular presence at our New York City office when the CEO and Executive staff are present
- Calendar Management: Maintain and organize the CEO’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Ensure that the CEO’s time is used effectively and that all commitments are met
- Communication Management: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Handle all communications, including email, phone calls, and correspondence, with professionalism and tact
- Administrative Support: Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
- Meeting and Event Coordination: Arrange and coordinate dinners, travel, meetings and handle executive event management, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Ensure that the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements and events
- Travel Coordination: Plan and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Support to Other Executives: Provide occasional administrative support to other C-level executives as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a team-oriented approach
- Miscellaneous Tasks: Handle a variety of ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the CEO and People Team, often requiring quick thinking and problem-solving skills

It has also raised huge amounts of funding and demonstrated strong growth - in part fuelled by increasing demand from the shift to remote working. For now, Beyond Identity continues to expand operations and deliver new features such as "RealityCheck", which addresses AI deception in digital communications.
