- You are a great story teller. Presentations need to be comprehensive and crisp, particularly for important communications to boards, town hall meetings, critical customers and analysts

What the job involves
- Manage your executive’s time closely to ensure it is spent on the top priorities for the company. This could include weekly calendar audits and a daily standup to sync on priorities
- Oversee staff/internal operations: prepare agendas, take notes, and assign action items at weekly staff meetings, manage the OKR and annual planning processes, support with board meeting prep, create decision-making frameworks, manage All Hands programming
- Put into place and oversee operational procedures that help your executive better manage their meetings, team, and workload. Build playbook by which the internal operations of the company are run
- Spearhead special projects: Depending on the business needs - e.g. a metrics overhaul, customer research on new products or new markets, run an acquisition or partnership process, lead the search for an executive hire etc
- You will ensure that the CEO is prioritizing the right things - you do that by really understanding what is going on in the business both internally and externally
- You can stand-in for the CEO when needed - whether that’s at key internal meetings or meeting with investors and partners
- You will raise the game for the entire leadership of the company by providing effective feedback on ideas and proposals from team members. Sometimes pushing back when the analysis has not been well thought through. In those cases, you will pitch in and help make them better
- You’ll enjoy working on broader set of problems - getting a view across the entire company unlike any other role except your executive’s, and may include things like joining board meetings, executive staff meetings, and supporting the vision and strategy setting for the company
- You’ll help your executive manage their staff, so you’ll understand their priorities, working styles, strengths and weaknesses, and through this be able to learn from them

Founded by former HSBC lending head Aseem Munshi, the London-based fintech is focused on making borrowing simpler, fairer and far less intimidating for consumers feeling the pressure.
It uses open banking and credit data to spot patterns of expensive borrowing across credit cards, overdraft, and buy-now-pay-later products, then steps in with a lower-cost loan to refinance that debt into one clear repayment. Its recent "In Too Deep" campaign, which features the UK's first "Financial Lifeguard", translated this idea into something human and relatable, showing just how small summer splurges can quickly tip budgets off balance.
And the company is gaining momentum too. Having raised £16M in funding, build a waitlist of more than 40,000 people and granted early access to thousands of users. With a leadership team spanning banking, data science and brand building, it's pairing strong financial fundamentals with smart storytelling, putting the company in a position for continued growth as more and more consumers look for better ways out of high-interest debt.
