- Previous experience working on M&A transactions, including due diligence and transaction documentation
What the job involves
- We are looking for a Structured Finance Lawyer for a six month contract, with a possibility to extend, to lead and manage structured finance and securitisation transitions from inception to completion
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documentation and related agreements in relation to structured finance transactions, including securitisations
- Engage and coordinate with external counsel as required to ensure efficient delivery of legal services
- Provide legal advice and support on BAU matters
- Execute transactions and BAU matters independently
