Who you are

You have experience and confidence to own a community of 80,000 across various social channels (Emails, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn), from ideation to execution
You are a strong communicator with a creative lens, who can design and write high-converting emails, track performance, and optimize for growth and engagement
You can monitor and track social and digital trends, contribute content ideas that are timely, relevant and interesting to our audience, to help The Curve stay fresh, relevant and one step ahead

Desirable

You have used one or more of the following platforms: Canva, Klaviyo, ManyChat, Premier Pro, Zapier, Shopify, Slack, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
You have ambition to grow and evolve with the business, including contributing strategic ideas and helping with overall direction
You understand personal or institutional finance and have an ability to break down complicated financial concepts in The Curve's unique tone of voice
You are impact-driven / mission-driven and want to work for a business that is focused on educating and empowering women globally to lean more about finance and investi

What the job involves

Social Media Strategy & Content Creation (own all of our social channels - collectively >80,000 - including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn. From ideas to execution, you’ll handle creative concepts, video editing, copywriting and scheduling + monitor performance and suggest improvements)
Digital Management (design and write high-converting emails. Plus monitor flows, track performance and optimise for growth + engagement)
Community Management (be the friendly, helpful voice behind our DMs, comments, and member queries)
Trend Tracking and Ideation (contribute content ideas that are timely, relevant and interesting to our audience. Help us stay fresh, relevant and one step ahead)
