Role
Who you are
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, GTM marketing, growth marketing or ecosystem/channel marketing
- Demonstrated experience building and executing GTM strategies, product launches, vertical campaigns, or integrated marketing programs
- Strong experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Partnerships
- Experience in fintech, financial services, enterprise SaaS, banking technology, or another complex B2B environment strongly preferred
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Ability to translate business priorities into clear GTM and Growth Marketing strategies, campaign plans, and execution roadmaps
- Integrated Campaign Management: Strong understanding of how to build multi-channel campaigns across content, digital, events, PR, sales enablement, and partner channels
- Product Launch & GTM Planning: Experience planning and orchestrating launches across cross-functional stakeholders
- Project Management: Strong ability to manage timelines, owners, dependencies, approvals, and competing priorities
- Cross-Functional Influence: Ability to align and influence stakeholders across multiple teams without direct authority
- Analytical Thinking: Data-driven approach to campaign measurement, reporting, optimization, and ROI analysis
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level updates, campaign briefs, and external-facing messaging
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of B2B revenue motions, pipeline generation, sales enablement, and enterprise buying cycles
- Proven ability to operate independently, define strategy, build structure, manage execution, and measure outcomes
- Marketing automation and CRM platforms, such as HubSpot and Salesforce
- Project management tools, such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or equivalent
- Analytics and reporting tools

- FISPAN is looking for a strategic, ambitious, and execution-driven Senior Partner & Growth Marketing Manager to lead some of the company’s most important go-to-market initiatives
- You’ll be at the center of how FISPAN brings campaigns to market — owning the strategy, shaping the execution, and driving programs that directly influence pipeline growth, market visibility, product adoption, and partner engagement
- This role will lead the campaign engine for the Marketing department, working cross-functionally with Design, Content, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Product teams to bring integrated campaigns to life. You’ll be the architect behind major launches, vertical initiatives, ecosystem campaigns, ERP programs, thought leadership initiatives, and demand generation efforts

Our take
Small/medium-sized businesses (SMBs) have come under heightened operational pressure over recent years. It’s no help that this group has historically been radically underserved by legacy banks, but now the tide is turning: many banking institutions are doubling down on improving the quality and efficiency of their commercial banking solutions, and software company FISPAN is helping them get there.
FISPAN helps companies embed their commercial banking services into the existing ERP or accounting software used by their customers to run businesses. It’s a great way for banks to outsource the level of innovation required to keep up with commercial client demand - and, therefore, a great way of competing with the more agile neobanks, who are siphoning off legacy banking clients in substantial numbers.
FISPAN’s astute positioning has made its platform increasingly attractive for banks under pressure to keep up with the breakneck pace of change in fintech. It’s taking advantage of it too, with plans to expand to the lucrative European and Asian Pacific banking markets, and accelerated product development fuelled by 2025's Series B round of funding.
