What the job involves

We're looking for an experienced Operational Excellence Leader to lead enterprise-wide change across our organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to influence strategy at the highest level, lead complex transformation programmes, and embed a culture of continuous improvement that delivers lasting results for our customers, colleagues, and business
You will be a trusted partner to senior leadership, you will identify, shape, and deliver a portfolio of strategic transformation plans that improve the way we work and the experience we create for our customers
Lead the roadmap, aligning transformation activity with strategic our priorities
Identify improvement opportunities using customer insight, operational data, financial analysis, and performance metrics
Lead large-scale transformation programmes spanning customer journeys, operating models, business processes, technology, and service delivery
Build compelling business cases and secure sponsorship from senior partners
Deliver complex Lean projects from initial diagnosis through implementation and benefits realisation
Champion automation, AI-enabled solutions, process mining, workflow optimisation, and digital improvement opportunities
Establish governance, controls, and process ownership to ensure sustainable outcomes
Be an internal consultant, providing expert guidance on complex challenges
Influence and engage partners at all levels, building understanding across multiple teams
