Who you are
- The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in sales and thrives on building authentic relationships with healthcare professionals

- Experience working in healthcare is strongly preferred

What the job involves
- We are looking for an ambitious and mission-driven Practice Partnership Lead to join our team
- This role is a unique opportunity to join a fast growing startup that is redefining mental health care for women
- In this vital role, you will build long-term relationships with women’s health providers and their practices to enable seamless mental health referrals for their patients
- You will play a critical role in getting patients to the mental healthcare they need; by setting up referral pathways that are easy for providers to use and enable their patients to quickly get to care
- Lead in-person sales presentations with private practices in your territory, educating all staff, including OBGYNs, Office Managers, Nurse Practitioners, Referral Coordinators and Front Office Staff about Seven Starling’s mission, value proposition, and referral process differentiation
- Refine practice sales approach based on your unique learnings in your territory, practice needs, feedback from providers, industry trends, and new product and service offerings being launched
- Ensure new practices are effectively onboarded as referral partners by setting up in-office marketing collateral, establishing needed integrations (e.g., EMR), and coordinating follow ups cross functionally to ensure your practices have what they need to begin referring
- Maintain relationships for the long-term by owning account management for your territory, checking in periodically with your practice Champions to drive value and ensure your practices’ needs are met
- Share insights, risks, and opportunities from market visits with the Growth team to ensure that we’re adjusting to market dynamics and new trends
- Maintain an up to date CRM records (Hubspot) for your territory in order to track progress, stay on top of next steps, and conduct targeted outreach
- Proactively track and manage your territory’s performance against KPIs, identifying unique needs or opportunities for improvement to meet our goals
- Weekly travel (3-4 days a week, every week) to OBGYN practices, both within and outside your state
Our take
One-third of mothers will experience perinatal mood disorders like anxiety and depression - but only a quarter of those who receive a diagnosis go on to get treatment. This no doubt contributes to the US having some of the worst maternal health outcomes in the developed world. Seven Starling is hoping the newly popular telehealth model can help tackle this.
The Seven Starling app offers a three-pronged treatment service for new and expecting mothers in need: licensed therapy, group support networks, and access to medication if required. This combination is reported to improve outcomes for 90% of new and expecting mothers within three months. Seven Starling’s telehealth app model means users can vault many of the access issues that would otherwise prevent them from getting this treatment.
It’s a hyper-specific approach to women’s health that mirrors the trend happening more broadly across HealthTech. Instead of attacking a diverse bucket of issues, we’re seeing startups begin to specialize in particular areas. So whilst Seven Starling is still a new entrant, it’s hitting all the right telehealth startup marks.
