- Develop existing customer relationships and engage in cross-selling! – You actively expand existing business relationships, develop our customers into key accounts in the long term, and identify cross-selling potential for additional services
- Strategic partner management – You keep the profiles and job postings of your partner companies up to date and create customized recruiting strategies together with them
- Efficient communication – You conduct regular feedback sessions with customers, thus ensuring long-term satisfaction and successful cooperation
- Proactive problem solving – You identify potential challenges early and develop individual solutions for your partner companies
- Analysis and reporting – You analyze the performance of your key accounts and use this data to suggest improvements in the recruiting process
- Targeted candidate placement – You ensure that our partner companies find suitable caregivers to create a true win-win situation

Unlike regular recruitment platforms, Pflegia’s marketplace is optimised specifically for nursing recruitment. Candidates answer questions which are qualification-relevant to their desired position. When the anonymous profile is completed, companies contact candidates with relevant offers and are only charged a fee if a position is filled. Pflegia demonstrates its commitment to long-term relationships with employers by refunding this fee if the caregiver leaves within the probationary period, which sets it apart from standard recruitment agencies.
Pflegia was founded in 2018 with hopes of improving job satisfaction for nurses, which then plummeted during the pandemic. The platform hosts over 5000 employers and over 100,000 nurses, with that number growing every day, and has the chance to make a long-term, sustainable impact on hiring in the healthcare system.
