Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in B2B inside or outside sales
- Proven success at meeting and exceeding quotas, especially with longer sales cycles
- Industry experience in HR Product or Service sales, enterprise sales or SaaS sales
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including the C-suite Success selling to multiple decision makers across several departments
- Passion to enable our partners and our company to reach new levels of success
What the job involves
- Reporting to our Sales Director, the Account Executive will drive revenue for the company on the front lines of net new business in Canada. You will work directly with stakeholders and potential clients across Canada to further the success of DailyPay
- Become a DailyPay product maven and perfect your DailyPay presentation skills
- Pitch and close qualified prospects via webinar, sales calls and in person presentations
- Leverage relationships with product champions to expedite deals to close rate
- Navigate corporate structures to demonstrate value to multiple team members
- Use financial & analytical tools to communicate employee benefits to partner organizations
- Own a pipeline of valuable relationships, consistently moving partners to a close
- Consistently drive revenue production by meeting and exceeding a set quota

DailyPay hopes to transform the financial system through providing enterprises with on-demand pay solutions, including a raft of market-leading products and programs.
The fast-growing on-demand pay sector is fuelled both by added financial stressors for employees post-pandemic, and a real employee appetite for on-demand pay - in addition to hopes it will combat the draw of predatory payday loans. Multiple surveys suggest over half consider it an attractive benefit. This should incentivize adoption, as companies are likely to enjoy a competitive edge when it comes to employee recruitment and retention.
DailyPay’s leading reputation has, fortunately, attracted larger businesses who can take the hit, like Macdonalds, Kroger, and Lidl. The company has raised impressive funds which are cited to support domestic growth and international growth. This will allow DailyPay to invest in further product innovation.
