Who you are
- Have at least 8 years of industry experience

What the job involves
- Our Senior Software Engineers lead and mentor engineers, delivering high-value products for our customers and infrastructure that enables our business to scale
- S a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll be responsible for setting technical direction to enable our product and infrastructure to scale with our business, driving complex projects across our technical stack, and mentoring our talented engineering team
- Your past experience will be leveraged to enable and accelerate Vanta’s growth
- Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and engineers to enable our business and team to scale
- Support design reviews, communicate constraints, and help engineers make the right trade-offs
- Develop and launch greenfield products
- Drive initiatives to increase operational posture and execution quality across the engineering organization

The company is a compliance portal and security monitoring platform that businesses use to assess their risk levels. Vanta carries out a pre-audit of a company's digital security and highlights areas that need to be worked on before a full analysis of all threats is carried out. Other businesses such as Datadog or PagerDuty offer similar security monitoring services, but Vanta monitors its customers throughout the year, allowing any issues to be identified and addressed early on.
