Associate Account Manager, OpenTable

• 2+ years of professional experience in customer-facing roles, relationship management, or sales
• Demonstrated experience in business relationship development and strategic thinking
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts simultaneously

• The Associate Account Manager (AAM) is a customer-facing role focused on retention, product adoption, and revenue growth across a defined book of restaurants in Ireland
• This position serves as the foundational starting point for career development within our sales organization and reports to the Senior District Manager
• Successful Associate Account Managers will meet and exceed goals on a monthly, bi-annually, and annual basis By managing a defined book of small-to-mid-sized accounts with a focus on proactive retention and growth motions

• Act as a trusted advisor to a defined book of restaurant accounts, driving ongoing business retention and long-term partnership success
• Partner closely with customers to increase product adoption and optimize their online availability, ultimately driving growth for their business
• Identify and execute on proactive opportunities for upselling and revenue expansion within your territory
• Maintain an expert-level understanding of all products and services to effectively align solutions with customer needs
• Cultivate strong relationships by balancing impactful virtual meetings with highly visible, face-to-face engagements in the field
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members to share best practices and seamlessly implement broader organizational strategies
