- We need evidence of major impact leading product for B2B SaaS, ideally with AI/ML or data-heavy platforms. "Head of" or "VP Product" level experience is table stakes
- You need a deep grasp of software engineering principles, AI/ML realities, data-driven solutions, and scalable system architecture
- You can go toe-to-toe with engineers on technical trade-offs and understand the 'how' as well as the 'what'
- Demonstrate how you've identified efficient paths to major impact
- Show us you know what not to build as much as what you've successfully built
