Who you are
- If you like moving quickly and seeing your work translate into revenue, this role is for you
- 2–4 years of product experience
- Demonstrated experience working with product metrics such as activation, conversion, or retention
- Hands-on support of engineering efforts, project management and documentation
- Experience working on SaaS or digital products
- Solid technical foundation

What the job involves
- At Signpost, we’re building the operating system for home service businesses—using AI to help them capture demand and respond instantly
- We’re hiring a Product Manager to turn new users into active, paying customers—improving onboarding, reducing friction, and running experiments that directly impact growth
- At Signpost, you’ll work on real AI product with real SMB impact. This role directly influences revenue and growth, with high ownership in a fast-paced environment where you’ll build strong product instincts
- You’ll partner across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and RevOps to improve activation and conversion through data-driven experimentation
- Improve onboarding and first-user experience
- Reduce time to first value
- Identify and remove friction in early user journeys
- Improve trial, upgrade, and paywall experiences
- Support lifecycle touchpoints (in-app, SMS, email)
- Track and improve free-to-paid conversion
- Analyze user behavior and funnel performance
- Support A/B testing and experimentation
- Turn insights into shipped product improvements
- Partner cross-functionally to prioritize and launch initiatives
- Help ensure experiments and improvements ship consistently
