Operations Associate, Sunsave

• High organisational ability and attention to detail

• Excited to learn about solar PV and domestic renewables installations

Desirable

• Project management - managing the end-to-end solar installation process including coordinating with customers, scaffolders, installers, logistics providers, and industry bodies to deliver an outstanding customer installation experience
• Technical knowledge - Learning the basic technical details of a solar installation to be able to carry out simple surveys, estimate scaffolding costs, and liaise with technically trained staff where required to solve on the day installation issues
• Customer communication - building a rapport with customers throughout their installation journey, effectively managing their expectations and handling any unexpected issues or challenging situations that arise
• You will become a subject matter expert on solar and battery installations and have the opportunity to share these learnings across the business by taking part in cross functional workstreams, in particular with the sales team
• You will also have opportunities to engage with the Sales and Product teams as we collaboratively build scalable processes with them
