Who you are
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful enterprise B2B demand generation strategies that generate high-quality leads and drive customer engagement
- At least 5 years of experience in demand generation for an enterprise B2B environment (bonus points if you have experience in U.S. healthcare)
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful demand generation campaigns, from building awareness at the top-of-funnel to booking calls with sales at the bottom-of-funnel
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform marketing strategies
- Proficient in marketing automation software and CRM systems such as Salesforce, SmartLead, SalesLoft, HeyReach, Zapier, Claude, Grain, and Notion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High level of creativity and innovation
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels of the organization

What the job involves
- We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Demand Generation Lead to join our dynamic marketing team at Magical
- Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies aligned with Magical's target customer segments and business objectives
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement targeted lead generation programs, such as webinars and events, to drive qualified leads into the sales pipeline
- Channel Management: Oversee and optimize performance across various demand generation channels, including events, performance marketing ads, inbound marketing, sponsorships, and account based marketing (ABM)
- Lifecycle Marketing: Own and manage Magical's lifecycle marketing program by developing journeys and email campaigns for various stages of the customer journey
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure alignment and achieve company goals
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and industry trends
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure campaign ROI and identify areas for improvement

It’s generally accepted that most workers in many sectors will complete at least one repetitive computer task within their work day. Magical is a platform hoping to remove the ache of these mundane tasks through its automation system.
The company doesn’t use specific integrations or APIs, rather, it simply collects repeatedly used data that can then be collated on the likes of a Google sheet or email. The platform stops you from typing the same thing over and over by populating repeatedly used text such as contact information. It's said to save an average of seven hours of work a week with its free-to-download Chrome extension.
