Engineering Manager, EnergyHub

• We are currently looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our SupportHub team. SupportHub works with Engineering, internal stakeholders, and clients to:
• Identify root causes of technical issues
• Respond to and manage production issues
• Configure programs and data flows between EnergyHub and our OEM or Utility partners
• Generate insight from our data warehouse to answer questions or give the team insight into high-value opportunities
• Identify and implement technical solutions to correct or mitigate known issues
• EnergyHub is a growing organization and SupportHub is a new and growing team
• The team is adding Support Engineers and transitioning to a dedicated Engineering Manager. You will have an outsized impact on defining this role and the team’s role within the company
• Provide strategic oversight, direction and execution for new team initiatives
• Guide team with clear direction, ensuring they are given ample resources
• Partner with teams across the organization including Product, Partner Solutions, Client Success and Program Management to define the team’s mission, vision and roadmap
• Participate in solution development and ensure team delivers high quality work on time, in scope, and in a scalable manner
• Thrive on building your team’s skills through coaching, mentoring and training opportunities
• Continuously raise the bar for your team through organizational evolution, process improvement efforts and leveling your team’s technical prowess
