Who you are
- 10+ years of experience in user experience and product strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in leading user experience and product strategy teams within a B2B SaaS environment
- Industry knowledge and working within the procurement and sourcing solutions is a plus
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user research, product strategy, and customer journey mapping
- Proficiency in UX and strategy tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Ability to balance creative vision with data-driven decision-making
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment
What the job involves
- We are seeking a strategic and creative Senior Director of User Experience and Product Strategy to lead and elevate our user experience and product strategy function
- This role will be pivotal in shaping Fairmarkit's brand experience, driving customer engagement, and crafting a cohesive visual identity across all touchpoints
- You will manage and mentor a team of talented designers, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to the company's overall growth strategy
- Lead and inspire a team of designers to deliver innovative and impactful user experience solutions
- Oversee the development of a cohesive holistic user experience strategy that resonates with our target audience
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to align user experience and product strategy with business objectives
- Drive the creation of user-centric strategies that enhance customer experience and engagement
- Set user experience standards, guidelines, and best practices that ensure consistency and excellence
- Utilize data and customer insights to inform and optimize user experience and product strategies
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to achieve desired outcomes
