What the job involves
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Partner Enablement Manager to lead our Partner Enablement initiatives
- This role involves developing and executing strategies to support and enhance the capabilities of our external partners, ensuring they achieve the same level of execution and expertise as our organization
- Responsibilities include designing and implementing partner onboarding programs, providing training on best practices, and offering ongoing support to ensure partner success
- Develop and execute partner enablement strategies
- Design and implement comprehensive partner onboarding programs
- Provide training on best practices and ongoing support to partners
- Foster strong relationships with external partners
- Ensure partners achieve high levels of execution and expertise
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partner strategies with company goals
- Monitor and report on partner performance and success metrics
