Role
Who you are
- Due to the nature of our work, candidates must be eligible for Security Clearance
- The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical data analytics expertise, project management acumen, excellent consulting skills and people leadership experience, to deliver impactful solutions
- Strong evidence of commercial impact in previous projects, evidenced with either a clear Return on Investment (ROI) figure for previous projects, OR experience or a passion for supporting commercial processes (e.g., gaining stakeholder buy-in, scoping projects etc) with the ability to define a strategic agenda for clients
- An understanding of ALL data core competencies, and expert project experience in at least 2-3 projects (Data Engineering OR Data Warehousing OR Data Science and Predictive Modelling OR Data Strategy OR Data Visualisation) that used Python and SQL
- Expert experience delivering technical projects, using expert skills in project management principles (e.g., owning the scope of a project, client governance and stakeholder management, risk management, gantt charts, formulating plans, cost and time management)
- Experience building an engaged team of junior analysts, guiding and mentoring, and seeing career development plans through to fruition
- Excellent consulting, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams at all levels

- QuantSpark is seeking an AI & Analytics Manager who combines strong analytical skills, leading projects and effectively managing client relationships

- Leading and managing day-to-day client engagement and ensuring the successful delivery of projects from scoping solutions at the start to finishing by demonstrating the ROI to clients
- Leading client on/off boarding processes including all the artefacts and meetings
- Supporting Business Development initiatives with with potential clients
- Playing a crucial role in coordinating cross-functional efforts of engineers, software developers, AI/ML modellers analysts and data scientists,
- Fostering best-practice implementation of processes and promoting effective knowledge sharing within the team
- Managing and developing the team through coaching, performance management, and goal setting
- As an AI and Analytics Manager at QuantSpark you will be key to our overall strategy and business growth
