Who you are
- Has owned a P&L or been directly accountable for revenue
- Experience with prosumer or consumer subscription businesses
- Strong product sense; leads through influence
- Comfortable with pricing, packaging, and growth decisions
What the job involves
- You'll run Creative Tools as a business - owning the roadmap, the growth strategy, and the outcomes. You'll decide what gets built, how it's priced, and how we win
- This is a leadership role, not a management role. You'll work with world-class engineers, designers, and researchers
- Your job is to point them at the right problems, make the hard tradeoffs, and be accountable for results
- Own P&L for the creative tools business, including revenue, growth, and retention
- Own pricing and packaging decisions
- Make build vs. integrate decisions, including third-party model curation
- Align engineering, design, and research partners around priorities
