Role
Who you are
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B technology sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong understanding of the networking/cloud/security landscape and ability to articulate complex solutions to potential customers, mandatory
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and persuade
- High level of self-motivation, energy, and drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Must be fluent in German and English at the minimum
- Must have a track record of successful dialing campaigns

- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage potential customers through outbound efforts, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling, particularly within the technology sector
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads and conducting initial discovery sessions to assess customer needs and fit
- Collaboration with Sales and Marketing: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on target accounts, refine messaging, and contribute to campaign strategies
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer challenges to effectively position Aviatrix solutions
- CRM Management: Diligently manage and update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system to ensure accuracy and visibility across teams
- Achievement of Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunity creation and contribute to the team's overall sales goals
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge

Aviatrix is trying to modernise cloud technology by overcoming the isolation of different clouds that are built and operated by different companies. Its software facilitates multi-cloud networking, providing visualisation, smooth data access, and firewall management.
The cloud revolution caused a mass migration of companies’ data from on-premise storage to cloud storage, but this migration is still ongoing.
