Who you are
- Between 1 and 2 years of experience managing paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, etc
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven suggestions about creative assets, copies, landing pages, and more
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience creating reports and presenting results to stakeholders
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Naturally, being passionate and knowledgeable about podcasts, audio content, media, and entertainment, as well as having experience with subscription-based services is a big plus!
What the job involves
- The Paid Social Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution of our paid social campaigns across markets, working with the key social media platforms to deliver on our growth objectives
- Their primary focus is increasing intake volumes via paid social channels and managing and maintaining advertising campaigns
- Execute marketing campaigns across various Paid Social channels, such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, etc
- Tracking performance using metrics such as engagement, hook, conversion rates and customer acquisition costs
- Support the campaign optimization to improve ROAS by analyzing data and making informed decisions about creative assets and landing pages
- Support enhancing Podimo’s overall approach to Paid Social marketing and design strategies that can be automated and executed at scale
- Work with the team and align with local markets to ensure goals are met and learnings shared
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to support innovation initiatives
- Creating reports and presenting results to stakeholders

Podcasting and audiobook listening has exploded in popularity, with the flexibility of listening while doing other activities driving much of this market growth. Podimo is a podcast and audiobook platform taking the Nordic Countries by storm with its service.
The company boasts a close connection with the creators on its platform, which is appealing because other sites have been infamous for treating creators poorly. For example, Podimo's revenue-share model is not based on the size of a creator's following - which makes it particularly attractive to newer podcasters.
Despite large rivals like Apple, Spotify, and Google, Podimo has been standing its ground, and was named the fastest-growing podcast service in Finland. It has secured good funding and made some acquisitions over the years. It also impressively surpassed 1 million paying subscribers in 2025, in only its fifth year of operations.
