Enterprise Senior Account Executive, Akur8

• We're looking for motivated individuals with 6+ years of experience in sales and a strong interest in technology, eager to grow their skills in SaaS solutions. Ideal candidates have a passion for challenges, new market ventures, fast moving organizations and out of the box thinking
• You have 6+ years of professional experience in sales / new business development activities
• You have worked in a high-growth B2B technology company
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
• You have a track record of meeting or exceeding quota
• You have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with experience selling to senior executives
• You have a strong business acumen and the ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes
• You know how to build an effective and actionable account business strategy
• You are familiar with sales protocols and SaaS company processes, use of CRMs, Slack communication, multi-teams interactions
• You understand how to work with technical teams and navigate a global company
• You are empathetic, humble and trustworthy
• You have a capacity for detailed analysis and for converging to detailed and actionable plans, that you will be able to drive
• You are flexible and adaptable. You are comfortable dealing with multiple and constantly new topics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desirable

• As Akur8 continues to expand, we’re looking for an Account Executive with a strong expertise in new business sales to help drive strategic growth in North America with a focus on developing our presence across some of the largest and mid-sized enterprise accounts
• You’ll join the North America sales team, whose mission it is to drive revenue growth for Akur8 in North America. You will be accountable for net new recurring revenue on your list of accounts
• Your main responsibility/ies shall be to sell all Akur8 products to a named list of accounts, and you can expect to contribute to our continuing success by:
• Owning a revenue target that will directly contribute to the North America and company revenue objectives
• Securing net new logos
• Ensuring strong brand recognition across your named account list
• As an Account Executive, your typical set of missions include:
• Identify, prospect, and engage decision-makers for a named list of accounts
• Develop account plans and territory strategies to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to answering RFIs/RFPs to contract negotiation, with a focused and cadenced sales cycle
• Lead in-depth discovery sessions to understand client challenges and objectives
• Present compelling value propositions and adapt to your audience (from users to executive stakeholders)
• Act as a strategic advisor, sharing industry trends, insights, and best practices to help clients stay competitive
• Collaborate internally with pre-sales and product specialists to design tailored solutions that align with the identified challenges and business needs
• Maintain accurate records of account activities, using CRM tools and reporting on customer insights
