- Fluent and clear in English, both oral and written (no need to speak French!)

- Going deep into health consumption patterns,

- We also believe in having a full stack approach:
- Each one of us contributes to all 3 aspects of the data spectrum (analytics, engineering, science). This encourages strong ownership and drives impact
- We own our infrastructure. We pride ourselves on a nimble data stack that gives us the flexibility we need. We're mainly using SQL, Python, R, Airflow, Snowflake, and Metabase
- We build in-house tooling to organize our data and serve it to the rest of the company
