Role
Who you are
- 7-10 years of marketing experience building and executing on digital and multi-channel marketing programs with responsibility for program results and analysis
- Experience in online marketing with B2B SaaS / B2B technology products
- Demonstrated success running marketing programs that combine email marketing, marketing automation, social media engagement, SEO, SEM, content creation and reporting
- Experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics), and an understanding of how to set and track goals, report website metrics and their impact on marketing strategy
- Experience working with Marketo, WordPress, Salesloft, Salesforce are a plus
- Experience working in a startup environment is preferred
- Field marketing and event management experience is a plus
- Positive attitude, adaptable to change and someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced roles is critical
What the job involves
- The Demand Generation Marketing Manager we are looking for is strong in execution, driven by challenges and self-motivated
- This person will be responsible for using a combination of marketing and sales automation technologies to implement and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns
- This candidate will have proven success in several areas: web, SEO, email marketing, content marketing, paid media, social media, and marketing automation
- This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the VP of Marketing and will be a part of a small, but strong and skilled team
- Collaborate on marketing planning including situation analysis, competitive analysis, customer segmentation/personas, audience analysis, and key message development with differentiated positioning and value propositions
- Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns that translate marketing objectives and strategies into successful tactics to drive lead generation and support the overall Brand positioning / strategy
- Design and execute demand generation programs and campaigns to engage and influence our target markets
- Use marketing automation platform and ABM tools to optimize our lead generation & lead nurturing processes through email campaigns, content marketing, paid media, and social media channels
- Partner with the director of content to strategize on rich content to drive web traffic and build site authority as well as increase reach and engagement on our social channels
- Convert targeted prospects through calls-to-action, landing pages, and content offers
- Conduct a range of market research activities to better identify target audiences and attract them through compelling content across the appropriate channels, using a variety of tools like Google Analytics, AdWords, SEM Rush, and Cision
- Track, report, and analyze program performance, and make strategy and performance recommendations for further improvement
