Who you are
- You have experience sourcing top talent for revenue teams and are very familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- You have ideally spent some time in a recruiting coordinator role and/or administrative role
- You are incredibly organized and are able to manage multiple priorities
- You are proactive in identifying problems and providing solutions - you're able to do this independently but aren't afraid to ask for help!
- You thrive and ruthlessly prioritize in a constantly changing environment
- You are creative and resourceful in problem-solving to ensure that you always get the job done
What the job involves
- We’re looking for an Associate Recruiter to partner with our hiring team (recruiters, hiring managers, etc.) in creating an incredible candidate experience and finding top candidates
- Ou will be the face of the company and own our candidate experience and sourcing for our business roles to help build a quality pipeline. We also want you to have creative ownership and have a lot of fun while doing so
- You are able to schedule and own the entire coordination experience for candidates for our GTM recruiting team (two recruiters)
- Source top-tier candidates
- You are excited about building efficient scheduling and recruiting processes that result in highly positive experiences for both candidates and the hiring team
- You develop trusting relationships with hiring managers, interviewers, and recruiters
- You communicate effectively with the interview team, recruiting team, and candidates to ensure a seamless candidate experience
- You want to change the talent industry at large and figure out the best ways of recruiting in a highly competitive environment
