Role
Who you are
- You're a subject matter expert and enthusiastic spokesperson for Zerocater because you agree that the best ideas happen over food
- To thrive in this role you must have prior experience with a complex sales process, strong sales process and a history of consistently being a top performer exceeding quota
- 4+ years of professional sales experience managing the full sales cycle (2+ years of field sales experience preferred)
- Strong experience in the field building personal relationships with director plus level stakeholders in high growth and dynamic companies
- Experience quarterbacking large transactions and complex sales cycles while leveraging multiple internal teams to create a vision and proposal that wins
- Knowledge of and enthusiasm for food as a business solution that fosters community, culture, and productivity
- Proficiency and experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM (including complex RFP’s preferred)

- As an Enterprise Account Executive, your key responsibility is to increase market share by focusing on the highest-value potential clients in order to execute with discipline and rigor to consistently exceed quota
- Close six figure plus deals in high growth and enterprise companies
- Own a complex sales cycle from prospecting to close managing multiple director/VP/C-level stakeholders across various functions
- Knock on doors and live in the field, create a prospecting strategy for your territory to always have the pipeline coverage needed to over exceed quota
- Create mutual close plans, manage complex discoveries, create a vision and compelling proposal, negotiate pricing and contracts, and close more deals than ever before
- Work cross-functionally and quarterback all internal resources and teams to build trust and create a compelling product vision for our customers

Initially known for bringing restaurant food to offices for lunch, the company now offers digital corporate cafes, hybrid cafes, managed cafes, and events catering for companies.
Zerocater's focus on customizability and work culture has given it an edge over food delivery services like DoorDash and Deliveroo. Its AI "FoodIQ" tech helps clients to offer tailored options for their workers' tastes, and its cafe services ensure high catering standards across larger groups. In a hugely crowded market, Zerocater operates in a sufficiently specific niche that could see them grow fast as the sector develops.
On the back of capitalizing on the return to the office, additional funds secured will allow it to double down with the widening of its geographic footprint. It also plans to invest in expanding its digital cafe services, alongside developing improvements to its analytics and AI, that will ensure product utility into the future.
