Who you are
- 6+ years of growth marketing experience, ideally marketing healthcare services to patients
- 4+ years of experience directly managing ad platforms and audience building
- 4+ Deep experience with email marketing
- Strong history of CRO + MVT experience and quantitative skills in analyzing marketing data to leverage insights that drive decision-making
- Experience scaling growth across numerous target markets with multiple product offerings
- Understand what a growth-stage startup is and that you will be a key contributor to a small, scrappy team
- Have worked remotely or have a strong feeling that you’d work well with a remote team spread across multiple time zones
- Passionate about Curai’s mission and vision to make high-quality, affordable healthcare accessible to all
What the job involves
- We are looking for a Sr. Patient Growth Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team at Curai Health.
- This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel acquisition strategies to drive enrollment across both enterprise member populations as well as consumer direct strategies.
- This role sits within the Growth team at Curai and you will be the fourth full-time member of a growing marketing team
- Own the strategy and execution of acquisition, enrollment, and conversion marketing programs and campaigns targeting both the members of our enterprise partners and the broader consumer audience. Tactics may include: -Email + SMS campaigns (in Customer.io) -Direct Mail -Paid media, including Display/Native, SEM, and Paid Social -Landing page optimization/CRO -SEO -Referral programs -Affiliate/Partner Marketing -Content marketing
- Conduct rigorous MVT and AB testing experiments to evaluate our messaging, offer, audience, and channel performance
- Collaborate with our Client Success and Implementations teams to enable new and current clients/partners in co-marketing efforts
- Partner with the Sr. Growth Product Manager for broader experiments and in-funnel optimizations
- Lead reporting and analysis on patient marketing programs, ensuring alignment with goals and continuous optimization based on data-driven insights. Utilize data to inform and guide marketing programs and spending decisions

Doctors who see patients still have to operate electronic health records, which can be time-consuming. Curai's algorithm scans through medical records and organises key points in seconds. By leveraging AI to increase productivity, they plan to make the cost of care lower.
Curai Health is partly backed by billionaire venture capitalist Vinod Khosla, the father of the co-founder and CEO, Neal Khosla. The company has partnered with WorkWhile, an hourly labor marketplace, to provide free access to telehealth services for workers on its platform. Securing more key partnerships such as this and its 2024 partnership with healthcare benefits platform Rightway will be key to its future success.
