Senior Data Engineer, Airalo

• 4+ years of hands-on work with modern warehousing solutions like Snowflake or BigQuery
• Track record of building and automating robust, scalable data pipelines
• Deep understanding of data architecture, data governance and data security
• Familiarity with orchestrators such as Airflow, Prefect or Mage.AI
• Expert knowledge of SQL and Spark
• Proficiency with at least one language out of Python / Scala / Java
• Working knowledge of Docker, Git and the command lineClear and direct communication skills about complex, technical topics
• A natural passion for structure and efficiency, with excellent attention to detail
• Experience with managing AWS / GCP services

• Manage and optimize data warehouse performance, ensuring fast and reliable data access
• Implement and enforce data governance and security policies to ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations
