Technical Program Manager, Anduril Industries

• This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong program management skills, UAS experience, and the ability to work closely with both customers and vendors
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Physics, Engineering or applicable discipline specific to the needs of the MD Team
• 7+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager, Program Manager, Mission Success Manager, Operations Manager or Engineering Manager
• Proven experience in program management, preferably in a technical or military setting
• Familiarity with UAS products and experience working with end users in the field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively
• Understanding of DoD compliance regulations and milestone management
• Proven experience delivering technology to government organizations
• Ability to work within organizations with minimal structure and with minimal direction
• Strong experience in project management and project management technologies (e.g. JIRA and Confluence); practical familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and ability to apply them where best suited
• Must hold a DoD Secret security clearance
• Must be willing to travel up to 50%

• In your role as Technical Program Manager you will be an expert on mission execution, Anduril products, and managing relationships as we seek to advance the art of possible for large drone teams
• We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to oversee and coordinate the operational aspects of our small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) customer programs
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the ramp-up, training, testing, and evaluation stages of our products, as well as developing operational plans and procedures for our customers
• Coordinate and manage the operational side of customer programs for small UAS products
• Oversee customer training aspects, ensuring effective program ramp-up
• Manage test and evaluation stages of aircraft and ensure successful progression through each stage of proving out aircraft
• Assist customers in planning team organization for product operations
• Work with customers to develop and implement Concept of Operations (CONOPs), Tactics, Techniques, and Procures (TTPs) for product deployment
• Handle vendor management, including securing the supply chain and overseeing production schedules to ensure timely aircraft delivery
• Create and maintain training documentation and packages in compliance with Army requirements
• Ensure customer schedules are set, inputs are documented, and deliverables are met
• Work closely with both customers and vendors, serving as the primary point of contact
• Ensure adherence to compliance and milestone requirements
• Travel to customer sites, test event, and demonstration events up to 50% of the year
• Demonstrate high ownership on all pieces of work; build trust and forge long standing relationships with Anduril teammates, vendors, and customers through effective communication, positive attitude, and meticulous follow-through
