What the job involves

Progyny is seeking a Client Success Intern to support the continued growth and operational efficiency of the Client Success team. This role will provide additional capacity for key initiatives and day-to-day operational support, enabling Client Success Managers (CSMs) to focus on strategic, high-impact work
The intern will gain hands-on experience in client operations, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing meaningfully to ongoing Client Success initiatives
Progyny’s internship program begins June 2nd, 2026 and culminates with a presentation to senior leadership
Assist with administrative and tactical responsibilities including data entry, client communications, and maintaining client records
Support the execution of operational processes that improve team workflows and performance
Contribute to ongoing Client Success projects such as client satisfaction surveys, onboarding guides, and process improvements
Support client-facing initiatives including webinars, communications, and other engagement activities as needed
Help collect, organize, and analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Support reporting efforts that inform Client Success strategies and decision-making
Partner with Client Success team members to enhance and develop internal content within Spekit, Progyny’s knowledge management platform
Help ensure documentation remains accurate, accessible, and aligned with evolving team needs
