Who you are

- 4+ years in a fast-paced, early stage start up environment in an Operations, Facilities or Executive Assistant role
- Comfort managing multiple tasks from a variety of stakeholders with a high attention to detail
- A personality that craves problem-solving: you’re great at identifying issues proactively before they become a problem, and are solutions-oriented
- Crazy organized: you love a spreadsheet, aren’t afraid of new projects because you know you can stay on top of them, and enjoy working with a variety of people and inputs
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal abilities for effective interactions
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office software
- Financial Acumen: Basic knowledge of budgeting and expense management
- Problem-Solving Skills: Identify issues proactively and implement solutions
What the job involves

- This role is at the intersection of office management, executive and team support to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient support for the entire organization
- Key responsibilities include overseeing office functions, managing supplies and vendor relationships, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
- On the executive support side, the position requires handling calendars, scheduling meetings and travel, and aid in managing day-to-day communications
- Additionally, the role supports executives with sensitive People-related tasks, research, and data compilation while maintaining confidentiality
- Finally, you will be expected to manage certain aspects of our HRIS platform (Gusto), helping to assist employees with questions regarding their payroll and benefits to ensure ongoing employee satisfaction
- Daily Operations: Oversee office functions to ensure a productive environment
- Supplies Management: Maintain inventory and order office supplies as needed
- Facility Coordination: Ensure the office space is clean and organized
- Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with vendors for maintenance and supplies
- Budget Oversight: Assist in tracking expenses and preparing financial reports
- Culture and Values Csar: You will be acting point person for all company-wide and function-specific events, both educational and fun-related, ensuring that the day-to-day employee experience is punctuated with enjoyable non-work activities
- Management of and coordination with our HRIS platform, Gusto, with an ability to be prepared to answer employee questions related to payroll and provided benefits
- Coordinate and keep company timely with any compliance-related issues that arise
- Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel for CEO
- Project Assistance: Support executives with research, data compilation, and presentations
- Confidentiality Maintenance: Handle sensitive information discreetly

Luxury hotels and resorts are often regarded as havens for the rich and famous, being reserved exclusively for guests who are willing to pay top dollar to stay overnight. However, ResortPass is changing this narrative, by building a day-pass marketplace for establishments that want to bring in guests to utilize their amenities throughout the day.
The demand for local experiences has soared in the past few years and ResortPass is taking advantage of these growing requests. ResortPass offers over 900 brands for guests to choose from, including the Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons and Sheraton. While some may argue ResortPass is removing the exclusivity for overnight guests, its business model is to monetize underutilized inventory and work alongside hotels to drive usage of these amenities.
ResortPass offers a distinct way for both tourists and residents to enjoy the facilities of upscale hotels and resorts. With endorsements from well-known personalities such as Jessica Alba and Gwyneth Paltrow, the company is a testament to the increasing favorability of the sharing economy and the demand for exclusive travel encounters.
