Role
Who you are
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent training
- 6+ years of adtech sales / consulting / technical expertise, specifically in the Mobile App space
- Excel, Google Suite, Salesforce, and Analytics Platform/Data Evaluation experience
- High level of integrity, excellent presentation, organizational and communication skills
- Strong active listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex products, services, and deal structures
What the job involves
- The Senior Account Director, DV+ is an experienced, senior manager overseeing a portfolio of top-tier strategic publishers on the DV+ platform. This role will specifically focus on our large Mobile App supply partners
- Understand, build, and manage relationships with our largest Mobile App SDK partners
- Actively track sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Keep up to date with mobile & ad tech industry trends and attend industry events
- Understand new publisher inventory options & product offerings
- Monitor partners’ business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase performance/monetization
- Provide strategic consulting services regarding inventory monetization strategies and policies, marketplace trends and best practices, development of private sales channels, and Magnite’s products and offerings
- Performs other sales and account management- related duties as assigned by management

Due to the rise in mobile and smart devices in recent years, the way in which advertisement publishers must format their ads is changing. A key example of this is TV, advertisements that present immediate calls to action within a Connected TV user interface, but publishing ads in such a format is currently inaccessible to most publishers.
Magnite provides a sell-side omnichannel advertisement platform for publishers, focused on facilitating the selling of advertising on all formats including CTV, mobile, desktop, and audio. In addition to facilitating the buying and selling of omnichannel ads, the company also provides a real-time ad performance dashboard, data protection and compliance tools, and insights into buying and selling patterns.
Whilst other omnichannel advertisement platforms present significant competition to the company, Magnite stands out by providing an end-to-end marketplace for the buying, selling, management, and analysis of ads.
