What the job involves

Full-time hours (40 hours a week)
Duration: 11-14 weeks (Sep 8 to Dec 11 OR Sep 21 to Dec 4)
The Corporate Legal Intern will support Harbinger’s General Counsel & Legal Team in handling a wide range of legal and business matters, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, commercial transactions, intellectual property, and government affairs
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a high-paced startup in the electric vehicle (EV) industry while working closely with a dynamic and cross-functional team
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts (NDAs, supplier agreements, customer agreements, etc.)
Conduct legal research on compliance issues and incentives relevant to the commercial EV industry
Work on government affairs initiatives, including policy research and engagement strategies
Support JVs, partnerships and strategic transactions, including due diligence and documentation
Assist in developing internal legal processes to enhance efficiency and risk management
