Role
Who you are
- You have at least 6 years of experience in a customer-facing role including frequent interactions with C-Levels
- You are fluent both in French and English
- You are experienced in dealing with companies of more than 300 employees
- You have the tact and empathy that make great negotiators
- You are an expert in positive lobbying with key stakeholders and create long-term relationship based on trust and transparency
- You are analytical and love to solve problems in order to delight our members
- You have great active listening skills ans are a master in the art of crafting the right follow-up message
- You have a growth mindset: you are able to adapt to new trends and to develop an in-depth understanding of the health insurance market
- You are based in Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille, Nantes, Dijon or Annecy (this is where most of the team is)
- It is nice to have a previous experience in Insurance or any industry linked to benefits (but definitely not a must-have !)

- Our Account Management team’s purpose is to make our key accounts stay and grow with Alan
- We created the team in 2020 and we are now 18
- We are looking for amazing people to help us take care of our growing pipe, especially with our medium-touch segment and large accounts
