• At least 1 year of product design (or UX/UI) experience and a portfolio that shows strong process and design outcomes
• Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to bring your ideas to life

• Shape product direction by partnering closely with on requirements discussions with stakeholders and create alignment on design solutions
• Bring a point of view and advocate for great UX, even when it’s hard by identifying opportunities to improve the user experience and championing your ideas
• Iterate quickly, test early, and refine based on feedback and data
• Approach designs from a systems perspective, developing patterns that get adopted by others
