Role
Who you are
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in QA Automation tools, frameworks of Data-driven applications
- At least 2 years of experience managing a team of QA engineers
- Strong ability to think strategically and drive innovation and change in a dynamic environment in QA field
- Proven track record of designing and implementing innovative testing strategies, including the application of AI and Generative AI
- Experience testing web applications (ReactJS) and mobile applications (React Native or similar)
- At least 3 years of experience testing API endpoints (GraphQL, RestAPI)
- Experience with test management tools such as TestRails, Xray, Selenium, Appium
- Proficiency in performance and load testing
- Strong experience with end-to-end data testing and/or data analysis, as well as knowledge of best practices and methodologies for data QA
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills, including debugging and log analysis

- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in QA and testing, using AI, machine learning, and automation
- Develop and implement a forward-thinking testing strategy that leverages AI and Generative AI technologies to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive test strategy, tooling, and processes to ensure high-quality software
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to software quality and testing
- Work closely with subject matter experts to translate business objectives into practical and measurable test quality requirements
- Identify, document, and track quality issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive them to resolution
- Conduct acceptance testing across front-end applications and API integrations to ensure seamless product delivery
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for various components of enterprise systems, including user interfaces and APIs
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of QA professionals to achieve excellence in quality assurance practices, coaching, and mentorship them to enhance their skills and knowledge
