Desirable

• Reporting to the Founder and the COO, the Head of Marketing is a member of the Senior Management Team and will be expected to be able to operate effectively at this level
• The role is responsible for leading the team and managing the company’s marketing strategy
• Allied to this, the role will involve company branding, marketing of events and generating and managing a marketing strategy to drive customers to the brand and its products and services, creating a high value pipeline of Qualified Leads
• This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Leader to take ownership of a global business at a time of exciting change
• Key to this role is your ability to plan, delegate, report and manage your specialists to ensure that the marketing activities work together to drive business results
• Erlang Solutions has 5 separate business units, based around the world, with their own growth goals and product strategies
• It will be your job to work closely with the Business Unit Leaders to transform their ideas into marketing materials that help us generate new business
• Working with niche audiences makes data-driven marketing even more important
• You’ll be familiar with Google Analytics, Salesforce, Pardot / Salesforce Marketing Automation cloud and best practices for attribution and be able to set leading and lagging indicators for the team
• You can recruit, enable and activate stakeholders across the organisation to author and produce stories. Partnering with our talented technical team will be key to your success
• You’ll need the ability to identify great stories within the organisation, work with partners to create them and to find the right channel mix to make the most of each story
• You know how to manage a budget. As the department head you will be responsible for proposing, utilising and managing the marketing budget ensuring that there is tangible return on the overall investment of the team
• You love a diverse set of professional challenges. From channel marketing and trade show stands to PPC and organic PR, to the next big platform or opportunity that arises, your team is responsible for the growth of the brand
