Role
Who you are
- Strong proven experience in delivering CRM strategies, implementation and optimisation ideally within a fashion or luxury environment
- Experience implementing CRM strategy cross-channel and multi-territory
- Led large scale data & dashboarding projects with experience in utilising data to action optimization of CRM channels
- Significant experience working in a Digital organisation, leading analytics teams to deliver value from data through deep dive analysis, visualisations and building tools
- The ability to quickly build strong and credible relationships with the business leaders and appropriately influence, understand, and resolve issues
- In-platform expertise with relevant CRM/data platforms and attribution tools e.g., Klaviyo, Emarsys, Google Analytics, Active Campaign, Shopify, or similar
What the job involves
- In this pivotal role for Threads, the CRM System Manager will report into the Digital Marketing Manager and will spearhead the development, seamless implementation, and drive the management of our new CRM system across all platforms
- Employing a test-and-learn approach (agile methodology a plus!) steeped in data-driven strategies, you will be at the forefront of innovation, driving in-depth data analysis and insights across diverse channels and platforms
- Your mission: to forge resilient data insights that fuel ongoing optimisation and elevate the customer journey and experience to unparalleled heights
- Measuring, reporting, and optimising the CRM system whilst Identifying key customer segments to collaborate with digital marketing and sales
- Lead the implementation of a new CRM system in order to create engaging customer contact strategies
- Create and manage both the CRM roadmaps - for chat commerce and ecommerce
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including Data, Marketing, Ecommerce, Sales, Product teams whilst managing the relationship with the CRM vendor
- Keep up to date with industry best practice and trends to build best-in-class CRM program which will increase visibility and accessibility of CRM automations
