What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to bring Graphite’s brand voice to life across X and LinkedIn
- You’ll own end-to-end strategy and daily execution, creating content that inspires our developer audience, grows our reach, and strengthens our presence
- Own our social strategy and daily posting cadence across X and LinkedIn
- Create and scale content across product demos, customer stories, narrative POVs, and team-in-public moments
- Develop lightweight, high-quality product demo content (screen captures, short clips, GIFs)
- Grow Graphite’s audience and engagement through sharp copy, timely content, and platform-specific best practices
- Partner with PMM, Community, and Design to ensure consistency and impact

What sets Graphite apart is its ability to dramatically enhance engineering team efficiency with innovative features. Unlike traditional linear code review processes - where code is committed and then reviewed - Graphite allows for concurrent reviews. This enables engineers to continue working on other tasks while their code is being reviewed, leading to a much more productive workflow.
As the company continues to roll out regular performance improvements and refine its features, it has continued to expand its user base. With strong support and a growing community of users, Graphite has gained traction across even the most traditional engineering teams, and in late 2025 was acquired by AI coding assistant Cursor.
