Senior Email Marketing Executive, Petlab

• Previous (min. 2 years) experience in Email Marketing – ideally in eCommerce/D2C
• Proficient with email marketing platforms, specifically Klaviyo
• Proficient in using Excel to provide in-depth analysis of our email performance, as well as our customer database
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving
• Proficiency in creating top-class emails - including design and copy - and a proven track record of improving KPIs through vigorous AB testing
• End-to-end email and campaign project management
• Good self-management and time-management skills

• Support the building, testing, and deployment of Email & SMS Campaigns & Flows in Klaviyo, ensuring timely and effective delivery of marketing communications
• Collaborate with the wider CRM Team to establish correct audience segmentation, testing, and sending rules
• Collaborate with the Design Team to brief and ideate new campaign templates
• Analyse email campaign performance metrics, and report back to the wider team, to optimize campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
• Support the planning of the email marketing calendar
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing (especially in Canada), incorporating new strategies and technologies as appropriate
