What the job involves
- As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our team by identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent that aligns with our company values and drives our mission forward
- This is more than a recruiting role—it’s a strategic partnership where you’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, create a seamless candidate experience, and contribute to our overall people strategy
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their team needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
- Develop tailored sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates, using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process: business intake, sourcing, screening, facilitating interviews and feedback sessions, extending offers, and ensuring smooth onboarding hand-offs
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by providing clear communication, timely updates, and a welcoming interview process
- Act as a brand ambassador, effectively sharing our growth journey, mission, values, and culture with prospective candidates
- Advise and coach hiring managers on recruiting best practices, market trends, and candidate experience enhancements
- Build strong relationships across departments to ensure alignment between hiring needs and talent acquisition strategies
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on pipeline progress, time-to-fill metrics, and hiring trends
- Partner with the broader team to enhance our employer brand through content, campaigns, and events
Our take
Americans buy billions of water bottles per year, the manufacture of which uses millions of barrels of crude oil. This alone causes significant damage to the environment, before even considering the carbon impact of delivery or the plastic waste produced. Bevi hopes to change this, with its smart beverage-dispensing machine that only requires a tap water source to function.
Bevi’s dispensers allow smartphone users to customize their drinks, check nutrition information and track the environmental impact of their usage. With the ability to carbonate beverages as well as flavor them with natural essences, and even some caffeine and electrolytes if one wishes, Bevi has created a versatile hydration system that caters to the modern consumer on both eco-conscious and personal taste levels.
This simple and effective hydration system has become popular across industries, with over 4000 companies including Volkswagen, Netflix and Google making use of Bevi machines. The company, though having to fight through some self-admittedly "frightening" times, has raised significant funding that will support its rapid growth and expansion into new verticals and products.
