Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in security engineering, detection engineering, solutions engineering, or a similar technical customer-facing role
- Strong hands-on experience with detection and investigation workflows, including designing, testing, and validating detection logic in real-world environments
- Ability to translate customer needs into effective detection strategies, configuring platforms to align with diverse technical stacks and threat models
- Comfort leading technical trials, demos, and proof-of-concepts, acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales and onboarding lifecycle
- Proven problem-solving skills, with experience investigating missed alerts, tuning detections, and validating detection efficacy
- Experience supporting customers through escalations, maintaining a calm, structured, and customer-first approach
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment, balancing technical depth with execution speed
- Familiarity with security tooling, cloud environments, or detection platforms is helpful but not required
- A thoughtful, curious, and resourceful mindset, with a genuine interest in improving detection coverage and customer outcomes
What the job involves
- We are looking for a Field Solutions Architect to drive detection success across both pre-sales and post-sales engagements. In this position, you will serve as the technical expert for mid-market trials and demos—ensuring customers experience the full value of Doppel
- Lead detection-focused trials, demos, and proof-of-concepts for mid-market prospects
- Provide technical guidance and ensure best practices are followed throughout the sales cycle and instance deployment
- Develop and validate detection strategies that align with customer environments while leading customer-specific platform configurations, investigating missed alerts, and validating detection efficacy
- Assist with client escalations
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to refine and enhance detection coverage and ensure customer satisfaction
Our take
While the NFT space is often one that is enticing to investors and traders, there are persistent issues with fraud in the market. Cybercriminals are able to pass off any image as their own intellectual property, and while NFT marketplaces do abide by copyright laws this kind of fraud can be hard to spot before money changes hands. The damage to a brand's reputation and customer trust can be hard to rectify.
Doppel exists to solve this problem. Using an AI model trained to spot fraud and IP violations, it indexes NFT data across most of the major blockchains and flags potentially fraudulent NFTs. Trusted by Opensea, Dapper and numerous other marketplaces, Doppel scans over 1.5 million NFTs daily and has identified over 100,000 threats in the marketplace.
Doppel has raised significant funding, its 2025 round aimed at accelerating product innovation and expanding its capabilities beyond NFT fraud detection into broader social engineering defense. As AI-driven scams become more sophisticated, the company is ready as a multi-channel security platform, helping organizations detect, prevent, and respond to threats across digital environments.
