Who you are
- Strong English (native or fluent); additional European languages like Spanish, Italian, Greek, Turkish, or Croatian are a bonus
- Proven HR experience in a global, matrixed organisation (200+ employees)
- Experience advising senior leaders and managing a team of 3+ direct reports

What the job involves
- As an HR Manager (FTC), you will lead a globally distributed team, with a focus on supporting our product organisation
- You’ll oversee core HR operations, ensure compliance with local employment laws, and act as a key partner on strategic people initiatives
- This role combines team leadership, employee relations expertise, and a focus on delivering an exceptional people experience
- As HR Manager, you’ll lead strategic people initiatives and provide expert advisory support across our global product organisation. Working closely with senior leadership
- Drive HR projects that enhance engagement, onboarding, and overall employee experience
- Lead policy development and ensure compliance with employment law and best practices
- Oversee HR systems improvements and the evolution of our internal platforms
- Deliver targeted workshops to upskill managers in performance, ER, and talent development
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies, legislation, and complex employee relations matters
- Help facilitate talent management and succession planning initiatives
- Conduct HR audits, investigations, and support the continuous improvement of our people practices

Worked as a Senior Security Consultant for Barclaycard, and was Director of WTG. First joined Adaptavist as a Board Advisor, and was made CEO in 2010.

Reece joined TAG as an Associate Software Engineer in May 2019. Within 5 months, they advanced to Software Engineer, then to Senior in under two years, and by September 2024, became Staff Engineer.
Sarah joined TAG as a Project Manager in 2017 in the Toronto office. They found their true calling in Sales and made an internal move a couple of years later and have since advanced to become a Strategic Sales Executive.
Rodrigo initially worked with TAG as a Contractor before joining the UK team permanently as a Commercial Operations Analyst. Since then, they moved to the Madrid office as a Business Operations Manager.
