Marketing Data & CDP Manager, Outliant

• 3–5+ years in a data-focused role, ideally with exposure to marketing tech, growth, or analytics engineering
• Hands-on experience with the following tools:
• Segment (or similar CDPs)
• Snowflake (or comparable data warehouses)
• Facebook Ads Manager + Google Ads
• Google Tag Manager
• Google Analytics (GA4)
• Mixpanel
• Optimizely
• Strong SQL skills and comfort querying large datasets
• Working knowledge of cookie behavior, consent management, and compliance (GDPR/CCPA)
• Experience managing event tracking implementation end-to-end, from planning to QA
• Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and cross-team communication

Desirable

• This role will own and manage Willow’s customer data platform (CDP), tracking infrastructure, and marketing analytics tooling. You’ll ensure accurate, privacy-compliant data collection across platforms and work cross-functionally with marketing, product, engineering, and data teams to support growth, measurement, and reporting needs
• Own and expand the tracking lexicon/event schema across all platforms (web, backend, marketing tools, etc.)
• Ensure accurate data collection and attribution across tools like Segment, GTM, Google Analytics, and ad platforms
• Manage integrations between the CDP (Segment) and marketing/destination tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
• Oversee tracking compliance including cookie management, consent banners, and data privacy best practices
• Collaborate with product and engineering to implement new tracking events and user-level data
• Generate self-serve reports and dashboards in Mixpanel, and support growth/marketing analytics
• Query and maintain reporting pipelines from Snowflake and other data warehouse sources
• Set up and optimize experiments using platforms like Optimizely
• Support performance marketing team with attribution modeling and insights
